Pallet Dismantler

Pallet dismantler is used in pallet conveyor system, it is used in combination with various conveyors to collect or distribute empty pallets to the conveyor line.

a. A four-post combination frame structure, mounted on a chain conveyor.

b.Using an overhead motor to drive the collection and removal of trays through the chain, these actions include pivoting and extending the forks,

c raising, stopping, lowering, and retracting the forks in a series of coherent movements.

d.A motor placed at the bottom drives the rack and pinion lifting bars at each end through a drive shaft.

e.Two chains lift the swinging fork frame respectively, the frame moves vertically and is positioned by the limit switch.

f. Pallet entry and lift are guided to maintain proper positioning.

g. Both sides and top are protected by guard plates.

The working principle of the pallet splitter

(1) The top fork pivot is raised to high position, the movable frame is low and ready to input a pallet.

(2) The movable frame raises, the lifting fork starts to swing into the fork with the top fork pivot axis as the rotation axis, and the swinging fork forks into the second pallet at the bottom.

(3) The movable frame continues to rise, the lifting fork carries the upper pallet stack horizontally.

(4) The movable frame rises to a high position, completing the height of the pallet stack, ready to leave the pallet on the conveyor output.

(5) When the output of the bottom pallet is completed, the movable frame is lowered to a low position, and the remaining pallets are put back on the conveyor.

6) Repeat the above process to complete the separation of the next pallet.
