Quartz stone sand production line process flow:

The material enters into the jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for rough crushing, after that, there is a belt conveyor sent into the cone crusher for medium crushing, after that, it is screened by the circular vibrating screen, the qualified material enters into the sand making machine for further fine crushing of sand, and the one that does not satisfy the sand making machine returns to the cone crusher for further crushing; the material finely crushed by the sand making machine is screened by the vibrating screen, and the finished sand which meets the standard is washed by the sand washing machine, and the finished sand which is not qualified is returned to the sand making machine, so the cycle is like this. The material returns to the sand making machine, and so on. The quartz stone cleaned by the sand washing machine is dewatered by the fine sand recycling machine to get the finished sand.
