How to maintain the electrical energy of the palletizer correctly

Palletizing machine is is electromechanical integration equipment, scientific and favorable terrain with electricity and mechanical energy combined, the following is a small introduction to the electrical energy of the palletizing machine how to properly maintain:

1. The battery needs to be full. When the battery of the palletizing machine is not full, it will be used for use, or when the electricity is not full, it will be used for charging and other inaccurate use methods, which will shorten the service life of the battery.

2. Newly purchased batteries should be completely used up 3-5 times and then recharged for 12 hours after the battery has cooled down. After the first 3×5 times of repeated charging and discharging, the battery can show its normal high power.

3. Palletizer is not applicable for a long time, can remove the battery to prolong the battery life of the palletizer.

4. Adjust the operating voltage, because voltage variations in different areas will affect the charging time. If the temperature of the battery or charger is too high, the charging efficiency will be reduced and the battery cannot be fully charged. Therefore, it is advocated that customers charge the batteries at 10~40 degrees Celsius and install a voltage stabilized power supply before charging.

5. Ensure the battery access and shall not be stored with metal objects. The positive and negative terminals of the battery shall not be conducted by any means. Do not open the battery case, the battery is boring.

6. Remove the battery from the stacker when the machine is not in use to avoid rapid loss of power. Charged batteries will be lost after about 1~2 months.

7. Circuit connections should be dry. Palletizer battery and palletizer charger socket should be clean and boring for charging.
