Product Details

Manipulator carton palletizer is to palletize the already loaded products on the pallet according to a certain arrangement for automatic stacking, which can be stacked in multiple layers, and then push out for forklift transportation to the warehouse for storage. Realize intelligent operation and management, simple and easy to grasp. It can greatly reduce the number of laborers and labor intensity.

Process:

(1) Finished product input part

Cartons are conveyed to the position designated by the fixture by the top plate chain according to the set arrangement, in order to achieve the function of organizing and sorting, and the positioning cylinders on the conveyor belt are divided according to the predetermined procedure, which is convenient for the fixture to grasp.

(2) Automatic palletizing device

When the finished products form a group (column) according to a certain sorting, the elevator carries the gripping fixture to move to the upper part of the barrel, the elevator descends, adsorbs and rises smoothly after moving horizontally to the pallet board and then descends to put on the pallet board (the outer row of the pallet board) in order to form the automatic palletizing, the palletizing device relies on the electric motor and the chain to complete its ascending, descending and advancing (retreating).

(3) Stacker plate section

①The pallet boards are manually placed on the designated position for easy palletizing.

②Stackboard output device

The palletized pallet is carried and output by forklift.
